A public offer. Version of 9 October 2026. The Provider is GoStartFree.
The Provider — GoStartFree, a registered trade name of a sole proprietor (Business Certificate, Kings County Clerk, State of New York).
The Buyer — an adult natural person who has paid for access to the system.
This contract is a public offer. Payment means that the Buyer has read it and accepts it in full. No separate signing is required.
The contract is drawn up in Russian. Translations into other languages are provided for convenience; in the event of any discrepancy the Russian text prevails.
For the term of the contract the Buyer receives access to a working system:
The base price includes one language of the page and the cabinet. Each additional language is paid for separately.
The Buyer does not need to install anything on their computer or to buy hosting or a domain.
The term is twelve months from the date access is activated. The Provider offers no other terms.
Access is opened within 48 hours after payment is received.
Months granted under promotions or for recommendations are added to the end date and do not expire before it is reached. They are not refunded in money.
Renewal happens at the Buyer’s wish. There is no automatic charging: nothing will be charged without their participation.
The price of a year of access is 365 US dollars for one language. Each additional language is 50 dollars for the same year.
Payment is made in advance, before access is opened.
Payment is accepted through a payment provider’s link, where the Buyer enters the card details themselves. The Provider never asks for a card number by e-mail, in a messenger or by telephone. Any such message is not from us.
Prices are stated without taxes and bank fees, if any are charged in the Buyer’s country.
If the renewal payment does not arrive on time, the system works for another seven days. This is allowed for a delay at the bank or for forgetfulness.
After those seven days the contract is considered terminated:
Viewing mode lasts thirty days, so that the Buyer has time to take their data. After that the data is deleted.
Payments already made are not returned: the system worked for the whole paid period.
The Provider sells a tool, not a result. This is an important point and it is stated plainly.
The system is shown before payment: at the request of an interested person, support opens the working site and the cabinet with all its sections. The Buyer purchases what they have seen.
If after payment something does not work as it was shown, the Buyer reports this by e-mail. The Provider fixes the fault. If it is not fixed within ten working days, the money is returned in full.
There is no refund on the ground of having changed one’s mind. From the first day the site, the cabinet, the textbook and the video lessons are open to the Buyer; access once granted cannot be cancelled retroactively. That is exactly why the system is shown before the purchase and any questions are answered before it.
If the contract is terminated because of a breach by the Buyer, the money is not returned.
Everything that forms part of the system — the program code, the texts of the pages, the textbook, the diagrams, the video lessons, the letter templates — belongs to the Provider.
The Buyer receives a personal, non-transferable right of use for the term of the contract. It is prohibited to:
Telling one’s partners what the Buyer has understood from the textbook, in their own words and in their own work, is permitted and welcomed — this concerns only the passing on of the materials and of access themselves.
A breach of this section gives the Provider the right to close access immediately and without returning money.
The Contacts created and attracted belong to the Buyer. Everything they have entered into the base, or that came into it from requests through their link, remains theirs. The Provider does not use these contacts for its own mailings, does not pass them to other buyers and does not sell them.
The Buyer may export the base to a file at any moment, and for a further thirty days after the contract ends.
The visitors’ data is the Buyer’s responsibility. They decide themselves to whom to send the link and to whom to write, and they answer for doing this lawfully and with people’s consent. The Provider supplies only the technical means.
The Provider keeps the data on its own hosting and takes reasonable measures to protect it, but cannot guarantee absolute protection from the actions of third parties.
The Buyer undertakes:
Access is intended for one buyer. Spouses working together use one access. Two different distributors need two accesses.
The Provider maintains the system and fixes faults within a reasonable time, but does not promise work without a single minute of interruption.
Short interruptions for updates, as well as failures on the side of the hosting provider, the domain registrar, the mail and payment services, are not considered a breach of the contract.
If through the Provider’s fault the system was unavailable for more than three days in a row, the term of access is extended by twice the number of days of downtime.
Limit of liability. In any case the Provider’s liability is limited to the sum actually paid by the Buyer for the current annual term. Lost profit, registrations that did not take place and indirect losses are not compensated.
The parties are not answerable to each other for circumstances of force majeure.
The Provider develops the system and has the right to add sections, change the design and the way it works — provided that what the Buyer has paid for remains available.
If some capability is substantially cut back or removed, the Buyer has the right to terminate the contract and receive back part of the payment for the unused months.
The terms of the contract may change for future purchases. To a period already paid for, the version that was in force on the day of payment applies. A price increase does not affect the current paid year.
The contract ends:
If the Provider decides to close the service entirely, it gives at least thirty days’ notice and returns the payment for the unused months.
The law of the State of New York, USA, applies to this contract.
The parties first try to settle disputes by correspondence. If no agreement is reached within thirty days, the dispute is heard by the courts of Kings County, State of New York.
